Lion Goodman

Lion Goodman is co-founder of Luminary Leadership Institute, an accelerated initiatory program for leaders of businesses and organizations. He helps high-achieving individuals, executives and business owners discover their true purpose, live into their highest virtues, and fully manifest their own unique and extraordinary life.

Lion is the creator of The Clear Beliefs Method, a process for permanently transforming beliefs and healing childhood wounds permanently – at the core of the psyche. He has taught this methodology to hundreds of coaches, therapists and healers around the world.

Lion's first career was in executive search and executive coaching. His company, The Goodman Group, recruited and coached senior executives for more than 250 high-tech companies, from early stage start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations.

Lion has studied and practiced psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and the principles of success for more than 40 years. In 1975, he was granted one of the world’s first Bachelor’s degrees in Consciousness Studies. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.

He is the author of four books: Clear Your Beliefs – Unleash Your Magnificence; Creating On Purpose: The Spiritual Technology of Manifestation; Menlightenment – A Book for Awakening Men; and The Narcissism Primer.

Lion is a co-founder of The Tribe of Men, an initiatory program for men in Northern California. He served as Director of Men’s Programs for The Shift Network, an international education corporation, where he produced the Ultimate Men’s Summit and Men’s Initiation programs which drew men’s leaders from 12 countries.

He resides in the Sonoma County with his partner, Carista Luminare, Ph.D., and considers himself to be a world citizen.
